5783/2022 High Holy Day Seat Registration - Family Service - Non-Members

Shanah tovah! We are excited to celebrate the High Holidays with you!
Beth Sholom Synagogue will hold two High Holy Days Family Services in the Chapel

Thank you for your interest in the Family Services. The services are currently at capacity. To be added to a waiting list, please email lindsay@bethsholom.net. There are still seats available in the Adult Services and our Shalom Kids Drop Off Programs are available without a Family Service ticket.

Junior Family Service - 9:30 am – 10:15 am
Alexa Abergel leads the Junior Family Service, intended for children from nursery to grade 2 and their families. More sophisticated than the junior service of previous years, this creative service slightly deviates from the traditional machzor, incorporating songs, theatre, body movement, and prayer.

Family Service - 10:45 am – 12:45 pm
Meni Phillips, Sammy Moses, and Alexa Abergel lead the Family Service, intended for children aged 9-13. For the first time, a trio of long-time family service leaders will walk you through a service specifically created for older school-age children and their families, incorporating music, melody, tradition, and unique storytelling to this interactive and dynamic service. The machzor will be brought to life with a creative blend of activities, explanation, and song.

New for 2022
Preschool Prayer and Play, intended for 2 and 3-year-olds, will be located in the Playtime Nursery on the Lower Level. Led by our professional SholomLearning staff, preschool-aged children will be introduced to the High Holy Days through a multi-dimensional sensory experience. Join us for songs, games, crafts, and more! Drop-off programs start at 9:30 am.
