HUMANITARIAN AWARD
Beth Sholom Synagogue was founded over 75 years ago.
One of the principal objectives of the organization is the fostering of better understanding among people of all races, colours and creeds that make up the great mosaic of our country. In furtherance of these objectives, the Synagogue actively supports numerous programmes and humanitarian projects both in Canada and in the State of Israel.
Each year, the Synagogue selects an individual or individuals who, in its opinion, exemplifies the high ideals that the Synagogue has sought to promote since its inception.
